These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services made available on or through https://maidmeup.com/ (the “Platform”) and the services offered through the Platform (“Services”). These Terms also include any guidelines, supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available by us from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”). The Supplemental Terms form an integral part of these Terms. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms, the latter shall prevail.

The Terms constitute a binding legal contract between zip parking solutions Private Limited (“BookingLion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the user or customer of our Services (“you,” “Customer”). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. SERVICES

  1. Nature of Services – The Platform enables you to book home-based maid services with independent third-party service providers (“Helpers”).
  2. Limited Role of Maidmeup.com – We act as a facilitator and do not provide maid services ourselves. The Helpers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of maidmeup.com.
  3. Payments & Collection – We collect payments on behalf of Helpers and facilitate their payouts. Your payments cover service charges, any applicable convenience fees, and other related costs.
  4. User Responsibility – The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use. BookingLion does not guarantee service availability at all times.

2. SHARING DETAILS

  1. To use the Services, you must provide accurate personal details, including your phone number and address.
  2. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
  4. You consent to receive SMS, emails, or WhatsApp messages related to bookings, promotions, and service updates.

3. USER CONTENT

  1. You may submit reviews, feedback, or other content on the Platform.
  2. By posting content, you grant maidmeup a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and share such content.
  3. We reserve the right to remove or moderate user content if deemed inappropriate or misleading.

4. CONSENT TO USE DATA

  1. BookingLion collects and processes your personal data to provide and improve our Services.
  2. Your data may be shared with third-party partners for analytics, payment processing, and service fulfillment.
  3. We comply with applicable data protection laws and take necessary steps to secure your personal information.

5. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION

  1. Service Booking – You can book services through the Platform based on available time slots.
  2. Confirmation – A booking is confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  3. Cancellations – You can cancel a booking before confirmation without charges. Cancellation charges may apply if a booking is canceled after confirmation.
  4. Rescheduling – If a Helper is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative.

6. PRICING, FEES, AND PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Charges & Fees – Service prices are displayed at the time of booking and may include taxes, convenience fees, and additional service charges.
  2. Payment Methods – We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
  3. Refund Policy – Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases of service non-fulfillment or as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

  1. You must treat Helpers with respect and provide them with a safe and clean working environment.
  2. BookingLion has zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, or discrimination against Helpers.
  3. Helpers have the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  1. The Platform may include third-party services such as payment gateways and background verification providers.
  2. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for the performance of any third-party services integrated with our Platform.

9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. You agree to provide accurate information while booking and using our Services.
  2. You will not misuse the Services, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to disrupt the Platform.
  3. You will not directly solicit Helpers to work outside the Platform.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. maidmeup.com owns all rights to its brand, logo, website, and content.
  2. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from our Platform without permission.
  3. Any feedback you provide may be used by us for improvement and promotional purposes.

11. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

  1. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
  2. Users may request account termination by contacting customer support.

12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

  1. maidmeup.com provides the Platform and Services “as is” without any warranties.
  2. We are not liable for the actions of third-party Helpers or for any damages arising from their services.
  3. In no event shall our liability exceed INR 1,000 in aggregate for any claims.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold BookingLion harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of our Services or violations of these Terms.

14. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  3. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters.

16. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

  1. Changes to Terms – We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
  2. Severability – If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining terms shall continue to be in effect.
  3. Force Majeure – We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network disruptions.
