REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ THESE REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS CAREFULLY. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE BELOW REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS.
This website (https://maidmeup.com) under the name and style ‘Maidmeup’ (the “Platform”) is owned, operated, and made available by Zip parking solutions Private Limited, with its office at Supernova, Sector 94, NOIDA (hereinafter referred to as “maidmeup.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This is a legal agreement between you (the person using, accessing, or subscribing to the Services) and us.
Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) carefully before availing our Services through the Platform and making any payments. This Policy is applicable in the event you choose to avail our Services and make payment of the applicable Fee. We also recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before using the Platform.
1. APPLICABILITY AND AMENDMENT
1.1 maidmeup.com, through the Platform, facilitates the provision of home-based services through a network of independent service providers (“Helpers”) for Customers, on an on-demand basis (“Services”), for a fee (“Fee”). This Refund Policy applies to any Fee paid or payable by you for availing the Services. Your payment of the Fee signifies your acceptance of this Policy.
1.2 By initiating a booking through the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to proceed with the booking.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
1.4 In case of any inconsistency between the Terms of Use and this Refund Policy, the latter shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. TERMS OF CANCELLATION
2.1 You may cancel any booking made via the Platform at least 30 (thirty) minutes before the scheduled time slot. Cancellation requests made beyond this time may be subject to cancellation charges, up to 100% of the Fee paid, at our sole discretion.
2.2 Upon successful cancellation, you may choose either of the following options:
- (i) Full refund of the Fee paid, subject to the terms in this Policy.
- (ii) Rescheduling of the booking for a later time slot.
2.3 If the service provider (Helper) has already arrived at your location and the cancellation is made at that stage, 100% cancellation charges may apply, and the Fee may be non-refundable.
3. TERMS OF REFUND
3.1 Fees paid for any Services availed through the Platform are non-refundable, except under the conditions listed below.
3.2 Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
- No-show by the Helper – If no service provider arrives within the scheduled time, you may request a refund or reschedule the booking.
- Service dissatisfaction – If the service quality does not meet reasonable expectations, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at BookingLion’s discretion.
- Double or incorrect payment – If any extra or erroneous amount is charged and recorded in our system, it will be refunded.
3.3 Refund requests for service dissatisfaction will be evaluated, and we may offer:
- (i) A partial refund, or
- (ii) A full refund, or
- (iii) A free replacement service at a later time.
3.4 Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
3.5 maidmeup.com shall not be responsible for delays in refund processing due to incorrect account details provided by you or delays caused by banking/payment gateway partners.
